I HEARD IT TODAY.

I spotted the luckiest man on earth today.

I was out doing some errands with my Mom when I spotted him. Five time lotto winner Seguro Ndabene. My parents tell me he can often be seen at Co-op in Airdrie (and a few other spots), buying hundreds of lotto tickets each week — but to see it in person is incredibly thought provoking … and/or depressing.

Here’s a guy that’s won close to $20 million, spending his golden years feverishly buying lotto tickets in a small, boring, Southern Alberta city. To an outsider like myself, he appears as a Gollum-like figure, an eternal prisoner of his “precious” 649 jackpot.

But, who knows how he spends the cash. He might be sending it back to his native Mozambique, saving starving babies.

One thing is for sure: He’ll never quit. Imagine if he hits a huge, 100 million+ jackpot. He’d probably up his bets to 100 grand of tickets, each week.

More tickets + His proven system of winning = More wins.

Eventually, we could see this guy winning the lotto once a month. Hilarious.
